KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Provide reservoir engineering input to multi-disciplinary projects, including field development planning, reservoir performance, production enhancement analysis.

• Conduct reservoir engineering, field development, production enhancement studies using appropriate, state-of-the-art techniques including reservoir simulation, engineering techniques, etc.

• Lead the team of 3-6 people. Manage execution of G&G parts of projects.

• Manage projects and project teams acting as the principal point of contact for the client, maintaining frequent contact with the client and ensuring adherence to timescales and budgets.

• Support colleagues by assisting them with their geoscience knowledge.

• Mentor the development of less experienced geoscience colleagues.

• Present data and reports to clients either individually or as part of the larger project team. This requires excellent report writing and presentation skills.

• Advise clients on reservoir engineering and field development matters, often at a senior level.

• Assist the new business development team as required.

• Attend conferences and forums as needed and serve as an ambassador for GCA. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Strong understanding of reservoir engineering, field development, production enhancement, workovers/stimulations/intensifications

• Ability to conduct field development and production enhancement analysis independently and working in team.

• Excellent problem solving skills with a drive for results, action orientated, ethical with a strong client focus

• Good project management skills. Ability to manage teamwork and delivery of reservoir engineering and production enhancement parts of projects

• Ability to advise clients on field development and production enhancement matters and provide solutions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• English language – Upper intermediate PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Master/engineering degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent as a minimum.

• Minimum 7 years of experience

• Fluent English
