KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES • Full field review and field development plan for Lukoil; • Apply WBS methodologies to define the components of the project scope to be managed; • Monitor scope creep. Identify the key project drivers (cost, performance, schedule constraints); • Candidate should have the capability to effectively plan a project’s schedule; • Use activity definitions, sequencing, duration estimation and milestones to create a project schedule. Control and monitor project schedule; • Use Cost estimates, probabilistic cost risk assessment, and contingency plans to create a project budget and cash flow estimate; • Utilize Cost Risk Analysis at appropriate intervals in overall project plan; • Prepare cost estimates with margin of error based on phase of the project; • Prepare budget and expenditure reports; • The ability to create AFE’s in SAP and the ability to understand business case models; • Use forecasting of cost for time and materials to influence project decision making; • Develop budgeting, cost monitoring and reporting plans; • Apply cost control procedures. Apply earned value analysis on all projects managed; • Create risk management plans and perform qualitative risk analysis; • Maintain the risk register and risk mitigation strategies for all project risks; • Collaborate with resource managers to acquire resource allocation and staffing requirements for all projects; • Consistently meet stakeholder expectations; • Develop a formal communications plan and identify ways communications were successful; • Update and refine the communications plan as required; • Use team building activities, general management skills, reward and recognition systems, collocation, and training for the development of project team; • Have the ability to manage regional and global project teams in a matrix organization; • Liaison with 3rd party vendors and internal service providers. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS • Knowledgeable about Russian petroleum basins in West Siberia; • Knowledgeable about Russian oil company and technical institutes; • Proven experience of managing integrated G&G and engineering study teams; • Strong understanding of reservoir engineering, field development, production enhancement, workovers/stimulations/intensifications; • Ability to conduct field development and production enhancement analysis independently and working in team; • Excellent problem solving skills with a drive for results, action orientated, ethical with a strong client focus • Good project management skills; • Ability to manage teamwork and delivery of reservoir engineering and production enhancement parts of projects; • Ability to advise clients on field development and production enhancement matters and provide solutions; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS • Master/engineering degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent as a minimum; • Minimum 12+ years of experience; • Preferably a reservoir engineer by back ground; • Preferably experienced in study and implementation because this FDP (emphasis on subsurface) will be handed to operations; • Preferably experienced in EOR; • Preferred knowledge and experience of the technical area being managed and an awareness of the business issues; • Global experience in managing projects preferred; • English language – Upper intermediate.
